Conference call

Using the Conference Call service you can combine several calls into the conference, join a new calling/called party to the conference, remove any party from the conference, talk to any party/participant of the conference confidentially, make one more call holding the current conference in waiting mode, combine several conferences. Provided that Call waiting service is on, you can use Conference Call service.

Please, note: Your phone can support Conference Call service. In that case it has own algorithm of using the service (see your phone manual) and you don’t need to remember the digital command combinations – you can use this service by means of your phone menu.

Conference Call making:

  • Make a call to the first party. Switch on the waiting mode - 2 .
  • Make a call to the second party (the first one is in the holding mode now).
  • Start the conference (combine three parties: You + first party+ second party) - 3 .
  • To invite one more party to conference call, switch your phone to the waiting mode (2 ) and repeat steps 2 and 3. So you can increase the quantity of calling/called parties up to 5 persons.
  • To terminate the conference session, press a hang up button.
  • If you want, you can talk just to one participant/party of the conference session, pressing 2, then a sequence number of the participant/party and the call button. For example, if you want to talk to the first participant/party of the conference, press 2, 1 and .
  • You can switch between the confidential conversation and the conference, pressing 2 and .
  • Confidential conversation with one of the participants will turn to the waiting mode, and you can continue to have conference with other participants/parties.
  • If you want to cease a participation of one of the calling/called participant/party, press 1, then the sequence number of the participant and the call button. For example, if you want to finish the conversation with that one, who was joined third to the conference, press 1, 3 and .
  • Service cost: the calls, using several connections (call waiting / call holding, conference communication), are charged according to quantity of made outgoing calls.
